Refund Policy

SECTION 1 - APPLICABILITY

This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”)has been written for buyers of Cheerondoll.com. In this Policy, the terms “product” and “item” have been used interchangeably to describe sex dolls, sex
toys, and any other product that you as a buyer have bought from our website.
Under this Policy products/items bought from our website can be returned under
certain conditions. Please make sure that you understand our policy and ensure
that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us. This
policy has been written using simple language and simple words. No relaxation
of any kind will be awarded to you if you have been unable to understand any
terms or rules of this policy. In case of confusion make sure to e-mail us as
soon as possible. 

 

SECTION 2 – CANCELLATIONS

The cancellation of an order can be only
applied to sex dolls and sex toys that are ready stock items. In the case of
any customized or specifically made sex dolls, Cheerondoll.com will immediately
send the order for processing as soon as payment is received. For this reason,
our clients are granted 24 hours - in which it would be possible to cancel an
order. Unfortunately, the cancellation is subject to a 10% fee, as we incur
expenses from the credit card companies and the allocation of time and
resources by the factory.

Once 24 hours have passed it is no longer
possible to cancel any order as the doll will be well into production and high
costs will have been incurred. Questions about the Terms of Service should be

For ready-stock items and premade products,
you can cancel at any time before the products are dispatched. In the case of
successful cancellation, the complete amount will be refunded back to you in
the original method of payment. The cancellation is subject to a 10% fee, as we
incur expenses from the credit card companies.

If your products have been dispatched after
the order confirmation, you will not be able to cancel the order. However, you
can initiate a return under certain conditions listed below under SECTION 3 and
SECTION 4.

SECTION 3 – TIME LIMIT AND TERMS OF RETURN  

The following conditions must be met: Change Of Mind - 14 Days From The Date Of
The Order All the ready stock items that have not been customized can be returned in 14 days from the date of the order.

The return request must be initiated within 14 days from the date of the order. The items must not be used and should be
sealed in their original box.

Customized sex dolls and/or sex toys cannot be returned.

Shipping costs will be covered by thebuyer.

Manufacturing Defects and Damaged
Goods 

Sex Toys defects must be reported within 30
days from the date of the order.

We will replace any Sex Toys that are
defective within 30 days of the order date.

For Sex Toys, make sure to take videos and
photos of the item to show how is it defective. We will request these photos
and videos when you submit a claim.

Unfortunately, due to laws on hygiene, you
cannot return your sex doll after the first 24 hours, especially if you’ve been
intimate with him/her. However, we want to ensure that your Cheerondoll
experience is a positive one well after your purchase. So, if your doll is
damaged or broken, contact us at cheerondoll@gmail.com and we will see what we
can do to assist you. Additionally, several of the doll owner forums have tips

We do accept returns of Sex Dolls but only
under certain circumstances. For instance, we only offer refunds on sex dolls
that are defective or damaged by the manufacturing process and/or during
shipping.

A manufacturing defect is a deviation from
design specifications during production resulting in a product's defect,
frailty, or shortcoming.

Minor imperfections and small changes are
NOT considered manufacturing defects and such products will not be eligible to
return.

Furthermore, please keep in mind that
variations in skin color and make-up are common as our sex dolls are
hand-crafted. Therefore, each has its own individual character which is not considered
a defect or damage. Additionally, your sex doll’s eyelashes and fingernails are
attached lightly and many come off during shipping. These items are easily
fixed by using TPE-safe glue.

For sex dolls that have manufacturer
defects, please take the videos and photos to show the defects clearly. For sex
dolls that are damaged during shipping, make sure to take the videos and photos
of the complete box(es) before opening the products. We will request these
photos and videos when you submit a claim.

Returns that do not fulfill our return
policy may be shipped back to the client at their own cost.

SECTION 4: LIMITATIONS

It is very important that you report any
problems to our support team before using the doll. Due to strict hygiene
regulations, we are not able to replace or refund any item which has been used
by the customer.

Furthermore, we will not cover the
following:

Skin imperfections – as each doll is hand
crafted, there may be very small differences in the skin from one doll to the
next. These are completely normal and doll owners usually refer to these as
“characteristics” which give their doll a unique feel. Although any major
defects are found during our quality control inspection, if you discover
anything we may have missed, please let us know.

Nails – as nails are loosely adhered to the
skin to allow each customer to remove, paint and re-attach, we cannot cover
loose nails as they are shipped like this for a reason.

Make-up – each doll's make-up is applied by
hand, this means that very slight differences in make-up are completely normal.
However, should you find a major problem, please do let us know.

Eyelashes – each doll comes with a
protective eye mask as this is a delicate area. If anything becomes loose,
simply re-attach using TPE-safe glue.

SECTION 5 - HOW TO INITIATE CHANGE OF MIND
RETURN

For us to proceed in giving you a refund,
please inform us before shipping the item back to us. The following conditions
must be met:

The item must be in the same original
sealed packaging in which you received it.

The change of mind return request must be
initiated within its allotted time, which is 14 days.

Once your return product is received and
inspected, we will contact you through e-mail or phone to notify you that we
have received your returned item and whether your request for a refund has been
approved.

All the change of mind products that are in
the return process are the buyer’s responsibility until it reaches our
warehouse, and the buyer will be responsible for shipping charges as well as
taxes, customs duties, and any other handling costs related to the product.

Returns that do not fulfill our return
policy may be shipped back to the client at their own cost.

CHANGES TO OUR POLICY

This policy supersedes all prior policies
or conflicting information that may still be present on our website including
any writings, communication, transcripts, or agreements with our support staff
with respect to the subject matter hereof. All such other policies, writings,
or agreements will have no further force or effect.

We reserve the right to change this policy
at any time without notice. This policy applies to all purchases, agreements,
